There are very few spaces made for a calming ambience, connection focused experience that we all hope for when planning Wedding Showers, Baby Showers, Support Groups, Day Retreats, Workshops, Birthdays and other group experiences. We hope that we not only make event planning seamless, but also offer you a space that immediately puts you and your guests at ease.

Fourth Tri is a facility designed to honor life’s big transitions. We want to be the team and space that exceeds your expectations. In selecting us for your event, we hope that you feel an alignment with us, the people supporting your vision, embrace your values, and curate the overall intention of your event.

6 Reasons to Host at Fourth Tri

  • Renting for retreats, baby showers, wedding showers, or other large events will be completely private.

  • Our building has many different areas that can be transformed for your events needs. Other than the Share and Relax space and cafe, you can utilize the other spaces for multiple activities at the same time.

  • We can help organize food service, or provide your own catering with full access to our cafe kitchen for light food prep.

  • Fourth Tri is located in Ferndale on Woodward directly off of the highway, making it easy to access. We also have a private and free parking lot.

  • Our space was designed with care. We created a space that is for community connection, wellness, and healing. Whether you are a new parent or not, the energy in the building helps to put you at ease.

  • Our staff works with new babies and families. We hire people who care and are oriented towards making your experience the best it could be. If you have one of our staff members onsite, you will be pleased with how they contribute to the experience.

Booking Details

    • Space rental is $125 per hour. Minimum booking of 2 hours.

    • 50% of the cost of the rental is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the event.

    • The number of hours you rent the space for must include set up and tear down of the event.

    • Decorations are welcome, only painters tape can be used to attach things to the walls.

    • We do not allow any open flames, candles, aerosols or confetti.

  • One staff member will be present to welcome your guests and to help make sure the facility remains stocked and tidy.
