  • Congratulations! Our gift cards are used on site for purchases of retail, food + beverage, and services. If you are interested in using your gift card to purchase hours, just book your first stay here and note in your reservation that you will be using a gift card!

  • If you or someone you know is going through the transformative experience of postpartum recovery, we have the perfect solution to make it easier. Our membership packages allow you to access our facilities for your first year postnatal. Fourth Trimester packages are for Mom & Baby to attend on site from 0-18 weeks postpartum. Mom Only package memberships are from 4-12 months postpartum.

    Our packages are sold by quantity of hours as well as an “Unlimited” option for unlimited hours for one month. See package options here. Our packages do not expire unless noted.

    Once you have purchased a package, book your stay right on our website. The minimum booking is for a 2-hour stay, but 3-4 hours is recommended to maximize your experience.

  • We offer infant care services for guests who are on site. Every stay comes with complimentary infant assistance under 20 minutes where the baby would be watched by a doula nearby the guest, for example during a yoga class or while the guest takes a shower.

    For those guests wanting additional care, we have the Fourth Tri Nursery as an add-on ($15 per 30 minutes of care). Our nursery can accommodate 5 infants in Snoo or Uppababy bassinets and is manned by highly qualified professionals who are well-versed in the art of childcare. We take the utmost pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment for your little ones, which is why our nursery is fitted with surveillance cameras to monitor all activities. Each guest would receive a tablet with access to the Nursery camera to view.

    It is crucial to note that while we provide exceptional care to infants, we do not offer services for sibling.

  • All employees and members are required to complete a standard health screening before entering Fourth Tri. This process includes a brief questionnaire and a non-invasive temperature check. If this screening is failed, entrance to Fourth Tri would be denied & the visit would be rescheduled.

    In addition to the health screenings, Fourth Tri has a thorough cleaning protocol and schedule, maintained by our staff and monitored by our Quality & Safety Specialist. We also have a low capacity to ensure individualized support and care.

  • As you prepare for your visit to our facility with your little one, we would like to remind you to bring a fully stocked diaper bag with everything you may need for your baby. Personal strollers cannot be used in the facility for cleanliness reasons. If you bring a carseat, we will store it for you while you visit. Once you are onsite with infant, each member gets a sanitized Uppababy bassinet stroller that will serve as your home base throughout your visit.

    For your convenience, we have extra blankets, pacifiers, and other essential items for infants available for purchase onsite.

    For those wishing to use our personal care area, we provide bathrobes, towels, sandals, and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Feel free to bring anything else you would like to use. We will also sell many specialized products in our retail space.

    Other items you may wish to bring: breast pump, headphones, slippers, a book, a journal, water bottle.

  • We encourage our members to wear comfortable and relaxed clothing. We do have a no shoes policy beyond the entrance area for cleanliness and safety reasons. We suggest wearing grippy socks or slippers, but any socks will work just fine. We will have socks, slippers and other clothing items for purchase onsite if you need to change during your stay.

  • We have a variety of delicious food and beverage options available to purchase. Our on-site selection is thoughtfully curated to cater to a diverse range of preferences and dietary requirements, ensuring that everyone can find something to suit their palate. However, we also understand that some individuals may prefer to bring their own nourishment or have dietary restrictions that require specialized meal planning. To meet these needs, we have a dedicated refrigerator on site for members' food. Rest assured that we strive to provide a welcoming and accommodating environment for all of our members, and are committed to providing a positive nutrition experience for each and every one of our mothers.

  • We do not provide accommodations for overnight stays, but we do offer a range of facilities and resources that guarantee a restorative experience. We pride ourselves in providing semi-private and private nap areas, delicious meals, and other amenities that ensure a comfortable and memorable half or full-day experience. The Sanctuary is open to members Monday-Friday 9-5 and available for events on evenings and weekends. We will also host special pop up events for our Gather members.

  • Fourth Tri is equipped with a high tech security system. All exterior doors are locked with passcode access for employees and the front door stays secured during guest hours. The front desk is manned to welcome guests into the facility. We have digital security cameras throughout the sanctuary to provide peace of mind for all members and staff, as well as monitor for Safe Sleep in our Rest & Relax Room and Infant Nursery. We also have trained our staff on all policies and protocols for safety and security.

  • Staff members who work alongside mothers and babies at our establishment are certified as postpartum doulas. In addition to this, they undergo our postpartum fourth tri training, where they receive extensive, comprehensive training on all aspects of mother and baby care and support including emergency support and CPR training. Our experts ensure that each member of our staff is aptly trained in nurturing and providing care for both the mother and newborn postpartum. We pride ourselves on employing only the most experienced and knowledgeable staff who are dedicated to ensuring the utmost care and support for all mothers and babies.

  • Our luxurious personal care room and showers are included as part of the member package. Upgrade to add a Detox Babe foot soak, a mini massage, or an herbs and flower shower bundle to truly feel pampered and refreshed. Check out the options here. Additional services can be booked when you book your stay here or directly through our Care Concierge. Whether you are interested in a massage, a blowout, acupuncture, or any other beauty service, we are determined to help you feel restored and rejuvenated while at Fourth Tri.

  • At our facility, we understand the value of a comfortable nursing experience for both you and your infant. While we do not provide breast pumps, we are committed to helping make your nursing journey as seamless and effortless as possible. With multiple semi-private and private nursing areas available throughout the facility, you can feel confident that you will always have a quiet, peaceful space to tend to your needs. Additionally, we offer a milk fridge for convenient and sanitary storage. We pride ourselves on providing the utmost care and support for our members, and we are delighted to go above and beyond to make your nursing experience a positive one.

  • Our philosophy is fed is best. We will have resources to help your breastfeeding journey, especially during the first 6 weeks which is when you are finding your rhythm and working out the bumps.

    If bottle feeding is what is best for you and baby, we will have resources to support that choice.

  • YES! Our facility spaces and offerings are truly customizable to fit the needs and preferences of our members. We believe in “Mothers not Methods” and know that every experience is unique. Whether your priorities include Rest & Relaxation, Nourishment, Education, or Community, we have something for every birth parent to enjoy.

  • Yes! Whether you have adopted an infant or are now parents through surrogacy, you are going through postpartum as a new parent too.

  • We will have specific hours and days for Support Partners to visit our shared space. This will always be communicated on our activities schedule so all guests are aware. We fully recognize that this space is where birthparents will learn to nurse, sleep, and adjust to life outside of their homes, making it a very vulnerable time.

  • Fourth Tri will have a recommended car service that will help with carrying your carseat, putting it in the car, and easing any nervousness about driving. You can always have your partner or support caregiver drive you to and from the facility.

  • When you book hours onsite, you will discuss with our staff any needs you have before arriving at Fourth Tri. We will have a number that you can text so that we can meet you in the parking lot and carry carseat, baby bag, personal belongings, or newborn. If you need wheelchair assistance, we will have that available.

  • We do not currently accept insurance however we do offer HSA as a form of payment.

  • Fourth Tri Sanctuary is not a medical facility and does not provide any health care services or treatments.

  • Here at the Fourth Tri Sanctuary, we value the uniqueness of all family structures and cultural backgrounds and strive to create safety through inclusive practices. Our staff at Fourth Tri Sanctuary align ourselves with the values of Safety, Nurture, Gather, and Integrity. As we are based on community, we want to ensure everyone who works with us is aligned with our values - with an emphasis on Safety.
